The works have been completed in a professional manner and we have been particularly impressed with the flexibility that you have shown with respect to the many changes made to the contracts to optimise the facilities as works proceeded. The initial fit out contract was commenced very quickly to suit our time frame between purchasing the building and starting practice from it. Subsequent works have necessitated working around existing medical practices operating from the building and we have appreciated your coordination of works to minimise the impact in staff and patients.
